Just launched a new clothing store using v1.5.1.3, love using OpenCart, so much easier to get started with and to customise than other e-commerce options out there.

Lot's of tidying up still to do, mobile layout to finish up, but any feedback would be great.

Not bad at all. Maybe I would make the background texture a bit more subtile. The menu is a bit confusing , I would never guess Angry Daves is the products page, the brand menu is not very clear is a menu, what happens to this if you need to add a new brand ?

Thanks for the feedback! I've put together some alternative ways to display the background image, the graphic is one they had designed to use as actual wallpaper in the shop, so I have to keep it in there.

The brand menu has a maximum number of items that the client can edit from the admin section, it is completely up to them what they would like to display here.

I'm meeting the guys this week so I can go over the site analytics and figure out how to make the shop a lot more visible to users, and also to decide on what to do with the background image.

Hopefully the user experience will improve over the next few weeks!

I like the design and overall layout but I agree I would not know that Angry Daves was the product catalog and I do not understand what Harry Blades is - photos of staff or models wearing the clothes the shop sells?

Hi, I've just released a new template for the website, taking on board some of the comments I've received over the last few months.

Built using Zurb Foundation framework v2, but with mobile functionality stripped for now (I was having issues displaying tables correctly).

The menu still needs a little work so that it is clear where the shop is, I was thinking icons next to the link text?

The url is same as before: hbad.co.uk (Shop is in the Angry Daves section)

Feedback would be appreciated!

I would echo the background comments. As much as I love the design - it draws your eyes away from the important areas.
