French admin panel is Oka for me

I use in French the Admin Panel ,
but , I ve some problems in php ,
or translate !
All is correct , but I have when I click on Payment Method ,
I have this message :

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\wamp\www\Opencart77-fr\catalog\language\french\controller\checkout_shipping.php:1) in C:\wamp\www\Opencart77-fr\library\environment\response.php on line 22

in the php.ini, I put this line :

output_buffering 4096

If it could help anybody..

You have for try , OpenCard in En / Fr and a sql file for sample .

La traduction Fr / En avec un fichier sql est sur " http://opencart.4quadri.com/ "
pour des essais bien sur ...
le problème vient de la langue , pas de mysql , mais apache ...
je suis sur un fichier .httaccess a copier sur la racine de OpenCart ...
