Amazon to Opencart

Is there a way or extension I can get that would allow me to import my 400 products I currently have on Amazon into my Opencart store without recreating each SKU individually?
possibly
grab an import/export extension.
check the format required of the file for importing
download you inventory from Amazon and change the column headers to mirror those needed to import in to your store
