OC 1.3.2 validator.w3.org was unable to process

I ran the w3.org Validator on my store and it was unable to run the validator due to UTF8 error.

I change the file:
/catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/footer.tpl

From

Code: Select all

To

In two places and validation completed.
