This one may seem obscure but thought i'd mention it. Wouldn't treat it as a bug exactly.

To replicate.

1. Add items to cart as normal
2. Click 'Checkout'
3. Select a shipping method, for this example 'Flat Rate' and press Continue
4. Select any payment method and press Continue (accepting terms)
5. On the confirmation screen click 'Change address'
6. Don't change anything and click the top 'Continue'

Now I can understand why you are returned back to the start of the shipping process because all the calculations for postage and destination may have changed, but I haven't actually changed my address.. would it be possible to check if it has changed, if not, drop the user back at the confirmation screen.. if it has dump them back to the start?

because the shipping zone might have changed and a new shipping method with a possible new price needs to be choosen.

Understand, but if I am not changing my address, there is no chance of that?

Maybe check on the way out if the newly selected address is the same as the one already used, if it is back to confirmation page, if it isn't back to the start.

It is very minor I know.. sorry you probably have real bugs to fix ;)
