(Solved) Empty Region/States drop down box

Hi,

I installed OC 1.5.2.1 and did a few tests by purchasing a product and all went fine.

I then installed the latest patch R855-959. Now when I check out if I register a new account the drop down box for the Region/State does not work. The box is there but you can't click on it to display the list of Regions/States.

This issue doesn't occur if you check out as a guest.

Any ideas
