I have to admin I have seen better use of a premium theme. To much movement, its a website not a tv advert, you don`t need all this flashy/moving stuff, I would definitely slow the top banner down, maybe just leave a smooth fade in/out, all them transitions makes my blood pressure to rocket :-)
Instead of the roundabout I would use just simple product boxes
