While I'm not a newbie nor a novice, I am having trouble with an add-on that I just can't seem to solve. I'm completely stumped! I'm using AnyFeed to generate an XML feed for a listing service, and it's creating broken (unknown) characters at the beginning and end of the resulting output.

Browsers with problem: all, but easily visible in Firefox source
let me know if you want to see the code, anyone who wants to help...
I'd be happy to pay in service or even cash for the solution to this problem...
