i can access admin but my store i get this message Error: Could not load language english!

On second thought it is trying to load English so the database is ok but looks like your catalog folder does not look right at least not like the current open cart:Either you set the language to a language that does not exist in your store your the language database table does not have the row installed for great Britain English.
I would guess you are trying to use a Malay set of language files. You may want to make sure that you have the correct settings for your language in admin->configuration->localization->language. Remember if you are using a language other then English you will have to copy the English language folder and transalte it into your language. You should also add a flag in /image/flags.

You should only have the following folders in the catalog folder and no php files:
- controller
language
model
view
Try backing up that folder then uploading the catalog folder from the opencart original package.
