What happened to the rich text order notification emails?

When I was running 1.4.9.x I always got nice order notification emails which included details on who submitted the order and what items were contained.

Now when I'm running 1.5.1.x I just get something like this:

You have received an order.

Order ID: <order id>
Date Added: <date>
Order Status: <status>

Products
60x xxx 432kr
60x xxx 432kr
1x xxx 4,000kr
1x xxx 3,800kr
3x xxx 240kr

Order Totals
Pickup From Store: 0kr
Sub-Total: 8,904kr
Total: 8,904kr

Notice that it's missing who submitted the order and some other details the old emails included. Is this user configurable or was this feature removed from the 1.5.x branch?
