I have a paypal business account and I want to have the credit card payment page be the default payment page not the one that asks you if you already have a paypal account and to login.

Does anybody know how to do this?

Not possible, as far as I know. PayPal always wants people to use PayPal accounts, so they make that the first page they see. It's (another) annoying aspect about PayPal.

If you want a more user-friendly credit card processor, I use Stripe on my site, and have a Stripe Payment Gateway extension available for OpenCart if you're interested.

Correct, Paypal Standard has no option for credit card page as default UNLESS it detects that the customer browser has never been to paypal's site before and doesn't have a paypal cookie.

Paypal Express does offer the option to choose to land on the credit card page and there is a module for that here

This isn't true... you can set it to go to Credit Card first, I've done it before with a Wordpress checkout solution. I need it myself for an OC project, I'll update this when I figure it out...

Don't search too long Blackwebs, Q. is right, it is only selectable when using Express.
