Subcategories have become level 1 categories

I have found that all my subcategories have left their assigned categories and are showing up as their own independent category.

e.g

Categories:
Electronics
----Cameras
----Computers
----------Hardware
----------Software
-----Mobile Phones


Have become:
Categories:
Electronics
Computers
Hardware
Software
Mobile Phones
Cameras

I am using OC Version 1.5.1.3 and have the Store Manager Module by Fido-x and vqmod-2.1.5-opencart installed.

Has anyone else had this problem? know what causes it?

Is there nobody that can help me with this? if not then it must be the Store Manager module that causes this
