Opencart v1.3 installation problem in cpanel

Recently, I try to install Opencart 1.3 at a new site using Cpanel (PHP 5.2.3, mysql 5.0.81-community).
However, I got an error message "PHP5.1 Only". Please help!

Tell your host to upgrade to php 5.1.0. Good luck with that . If your lucky some hosts have a way for you to use a newer version of php by setting something in a php.ini file or something like that.
