Variables on Success Page

Didn't really see this listed here, only some other support threads which didn't give me exactly what i was looking for so i thought i'd put in this in feature req's in hopes of it getting added in some day.

I'd like to be use various variables from the cart on the order success page for analytics tracking. I'm not saavy enough to add them myself, but can tell they all get wiped out on the success page making it more difficult (for me) to do.
here's the variables that would be helpful to me:

order id
invoice number
order total
tax total
shipping total
products purchased
product quantities purchased
product total
