upgrade process fasciliation

Hi,

I have a request for the upgrade process. It would be really helpful to make a list of all files that have been edited. Because, I am making a fair amount of customizations, I can't just assume the files that I have edited haven't been changed in the new upgrade, so I have to go through each of these files again.

If there was a list, I would only have to double check with the files I changed if they were on the list. Otherwise, I would do just a simple copy over.

If you use Tortoise SVN you can do a diff on the changes between v129 and v130
