Checkout - Delivery Methods not visible

Using the Fedex Shipping Rate Module (US Editon)
I checked all the shipping methods in the Shipping > Edit mode.
Also enabled this module.

During checkout everything is good until you reach Delivery Method.
No choices are visible (Fedex priority, Fedex 2nd day, etc.)

Any Advice?

Sounds like the requirements for the module are not being met. Have you made sure the geo zone and other settings are correct?
