Refine Search Sub Catgories Layout

Hi all,
I hope that you all are well, I have know I have found the answer to this but now I can not find it again.
I am looking to put all the Refine Search / Sub categories on the same line rather than being one on top of each other.
I am using Opencart Cart Version 1.5.1.3
Can anyone help please.
