The message:

Appears across the top of my shop. What should I do?

Hi Everyone!
I read all replies and check none of the method worked to get raid of this error. Actually this is not an error at all. Infact this is a browser error.
You can solve it by clearing your
COOKIES for your opencart site.
Please check this link to clear cookies of specific site of all browsers:
