How to use only one languange when i add a category/post

Hello im new in opencart,
i have install the latest version 1.5.1.3. I habe install the greek language.
When im trying to add a category or a post in greek i have to add it in greek and in english too! and i dont want that.
I wanna use only the greek language.
Is that possible? I disable the english language from localization with no luck
