Can we actually change the Admin login Path

Hi Daniel

Can I actually change the default admin login path when go to the backend admin

my hosting services actually taken the admin/index.php for my domain email hosting admin

When I call out my admin/ backend it direct me to my email hosting admin not the shopping cart backend admin

Please advice
