Hello,
I am on OpenCart Version 1.4.8. I have just transferred over to a new host via a full backup. When running a credit card transaction using the First Data API I always get "Couldn't Connect to Host".
A search reviews that it should be a port issue. Specifically Port 1129. I have had my provider open the outgoing on port 1129 and that hasn't resolved my issue.
I am thinking that it may have something to do with the pem file?
I do have a SSL certificate installed.
Thanks for your help.
Couldn't connect to host means couldn't connect to host. PEM file isn't in effect until after connection has been made.
I've attached a port test script for fd port 1129. That will tell you if your port is really open or not, but it sounds like not

I received this message. I take it I will have to confirm that they opened the port. Thanks for posting the file.
