set shipping rate for each country

I'm fairly new to OC and have built a functioning site and am on the final stages and need some help setting up the shipping rates.

I've checked the forums and documentation but can't find what I require which is simply to specify a different shipping rate for each country.

1. I can't see an extension where I can set this up even though all the countries are showing at checkout stage.
2. I can't where I can enter each shipping amount for each country.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great!

Forgot to mention I have setup Geo Zones for 9 different zones of countries as listed by my shipper (DHL).

Can't see how to assign a rate to each zone?

The built-in Flat Rate shipping method only allows for a single rate assigned to a single geo zone. You can use the built-in Weight-Based shipping method to set a flat rate for each geo zone, by setting a single high rate like 999999:5.00

If you don't mind a commercial extension, you can also use my Multi Flat Rate Shipping extension, which allows to create as many flat rates (and associated geo zones, customer groups, and currencies) as you want.
