Ho Do I Edit The Affiliate's Page?

I'm trying to change the text seen by an affiliate after logging in:

Which file do I need to edit?
Also, how do I change the default commission to something else?

Check the files in catalog/language/english/affiliate
Affiliate commission can be changed in admin System - Settings - Option tab

Hi...I am having the same problem trying to edit the default content on the Affiliates Page. I followed the FTP filepath that is provided but it doesn't give me any access to the page content. What am I missing?
Which file do I need to edit?
