No menus after changing admin language

PLease help me....

I have accidently changed the adminlanguage to Danish, instead of English that is the default language.
Now I cant see thwe menus, only the top and logo appears in the admin. So I cant change the admin language back again to english.

Can I change it back in sql or a settingfile??

Can someone help me, tell me what to do??

All my shop is gone, without having the admin to work!

In phpmyadmin browse the setting table , and look for the row config_admin_language , edit it and change its value to en.
