Weird bug with Information Icon

I noticed this on my own store, and it also happens on the demo store.
When you first visit the OpenCart website, the Information icon appears as it should, however when you visit another page on the OpenCart website, the information icon disappears.
It doesn't happen all of the time, and it doesn't happen on all computers. (it disappears on 2 out of 3 computers i've tested on)
