Hi,

I have 2 pieces of work I would like to get quotes for:

1: I'm looking for someone to do some changes that will allow a offer of 'spend x and get y for free'.

Details
I want to set a value (pre postage) that when reached, with items from a predefinded set of categories, the cart will automatically give the user a choice of a free item from a selection of predefined items.

----------------------

2: I'm looking for someone to do some changes that will allow a pre-order status that can be set to items.

Currently, I have a pre-order status, but to allow cusotmer to order the item, I have to allow them to order out of stock items too. I do not want to do this.

So, I want to turn off the 'allow to order out of stock items' setting and when a item has this 'pre-order' status, the cart will ignore the 'can not order out of stock items' setting and allow the order to go through.

Can you please PM me if interested with a ball park figure.

Thanks

I can really do with someone to help me out with atleast item 2 above.

Was thinking, it may be easier (I don't know) to have it so that items can be added to a 'pre-order' category. Then this category ignores the 'allow to order out of stock items' setting when it's set to 'No' and allows it's items to be ordered.

Please PM with guestimates on price.

Cheers.

I would like to find out more about this as well. Was this custom job successful?

No.

We didn't go ahead with it as the boss cried off with the cost quoted.

Still looking for other quotes that may not make him cry.
