UPS shipping Module show $0.00 value on check out

Hi all, can anyone help me with this issue

I just installed this new vision 1.5.1.3 and everything is ready to go, but when I installed the UPS module and setup the access key, username and password correctly. it's show $0.00 shipping cost when check out.
I have install Canadapost module and its work ok.

I have this same access key, username and password using version 1.49 working no problem.

please see picture I have also checked order total is enabled.

is any one run into the same problem, please share your issue or solution to fix this.

I solved the problem, end up I have to download version 1.5 and that UPS module and it work ok.
