This extension allows you to display tag related products in a wordpress blog and display a widget in blog sidebar with Featured, Specials, Latest, Bestseller or Random products.

1 - The module will show products related to your post / article tags, for example, if you have an article that has been tagged with apple, iphone, ipod and have products in your store that has at least one of these tags, the products will be shown.

2 - Yes, but the sidebar widget only show Featured, Specials, Latest, or random products, the tag related products will show only on top and/or bottom of article.

3 - I did a demo account on wordpress, however you can edit only widgets because wordpress requires admin permissions to edit plugins, which allow users to edit/copy source code too. Opencart doesn't need demo because you have option only to enable or disable module.

4 - On posts /articles that there is no products related to tags, you can setup plugin to use Featured, Specials, Latest or random products as backup source to show another products.

Wow, very cool! I'll have to look into this plugin some more, it sounds like it would be pretty awesome. I have an ad widget but it's basically me resizing previews, uploading them, and linking them to store listings manually... this sounds much better.

I like the widget and works well.

What I would like to do is this. Take the script and move it to its own file that can be embedded by an iframe html.

I would custom make the html files that are called by the iframe, however I was wondering what code I could use to display 1 single product that is specific. So that I can then import that into a post about the product being sold.

Instead of no price and BUY NOW, I would like the widget style but to display the price and a buy link which is linked to my Opencart store. I don't want to replace the cart and integrate everything, however I just want to pull the price data. There doesn't really need to be a buy button, as I can add that in manually...

I'd assume that if purchased I'd be entitled to future updates/enhancements, wouldn't I?. For how long?.

By default you don't need to change anything, i have tested on 10 wordpress themes without change any parameter, the module panel comes with a field where you can write css style rules, rarely you need to use,
If you have to do any css adjust for any reason, i can do for you for free.

It works with 1.5.2.1

And updates are free by default, i use to do this for my extensions.

I have OpenCart based ecommerce website and want to use WordPress for blog only ... with functionality to login through OC login credentials with WordPress for post comments / articles? Is there any feature available in this plugin?
