Hi,
I just got notified of this problem with the menu being displayed when accessing admin in ie6
http://i27.tinypic.com/son2ie.jpg
IE6 doesn't support png natively hence the white corners.
The cart software frontend has had some fixes applied to it to support the old IE6 to make things line up but not the admin section. (customer doesn't see the admin section)
Can I suggest that you migrate away from IE6 to a later version or even better use Firefox.

There is a solution for ie6 png issues at http://dillerdesign.com/experiment/DD_belatedPNG/
It is the menu I am more worried about, and it will be administrated by users who don't have the option to install firefox on their work pc's.
