USPS shipping problem

I'm using version 1.5.1.3 and the USPS shipping module. I use First Class Mail Package and Priority Mail settings for shipping within the US, and First Class Mail International Parcels for international.

USPS updated their rates on 22nd January and after the price update, when I checked my shopping cart I noticed that it no longer displays pricing for First-Class Mail Package. Both priority mail and first class mail international are working as normal - it's just the first class mail package that no longer displays. All was working fine the day before the price update because my orders were coming through with the first class mail package rates.

I've emailed USPS but they haven't got back to me so not sure where the problem may be originating. Any help would be appreciated.
