Hi all,

I'm a complete noob at opencart so pardon my idiocy if this has already been covered.

I'm building an accessories cart, most of the items share common options i.e. various gift boxes, ribbons etc etc. Is there an easy way to do the following:

1. Auto-populate options per product (it's mind numbing to key in the same options, prices for 200+ products)
2. I see options claims to keep track of stock (according to the page) but I can't for the life of me figure out where as I'm not keying in skus for options. So ideally options would be individual skus that go down in stock as per regular products.

I'm running a clean 1.5.1.3 install with the shoppica theme btw.

Does this make sense and is it doable?

Cheers.

This a great idea.....can this be done....
Maybe having a set of options. Be in a dropdown and then when selected all options and text configure to that product.
