Shipping for posted gift vouchers

Hi,

My client uses flat rate shipping. £7.10 for anything to anywhere in the UK.

But they sell Paper gift vouchers, which I have setup as a product with three value options, £5, £10 & £20,and they want to charge just £1 postage for these.

How do I set this up?
