Can someone point out to me where this address is defined?  My shop is munkinarts.com/catalog (still not up and "open") and when I tested the new user function I got an email from Munkin@yahoo.com  Not a real address and I'd rather put in one of my live munkinarts.com addresses instead.

Help?

Your order confirmation emails get their "From" value from what you have set in your Admin Back office.

From the Admin screens top nav select Admin/Configuraion/Settings.
Click the Mail tab.
Enter the address you want to display to your customers in the E-Mail input box.
Test it.
