Hello:

I wanted to see if anyone can tell me where to edit the navigation and/or navigation files for an OpenCart site.

For example, the footer on the site where it has "Powered by OpenCart" and the copyright and year - I want to add some text to that area.

Can anyone assist me?

Thank you.

Here's an XML file so not to override core files when you edit the copyright message.

Hello:

Thanks - I appreciate this.

But, what folder to I find this in?
I also want to move the top navigation files around a bit as well.

Can you tell me the path to find them?

Thanks!

When you see .xml files attached in here, they are VQMOD files
A lot/most of us use VQMOD to make changes. To get a copy of VQMOD, go to the free contributions area and pick-up a copy and install it. It's free and really easy.
In the above attached .xml file, you will see what files need modding

OK, thanks for the tip.
This is all new to me, so sounds like a "learning experience" is coming my way!

The XML file can then be uploaded to your vqmod/xml file from the root path.

Yes, since I can't reproduce this problem. One of the first reasons on why the copyright message might not change is due to XML conflict.
