1.29->1.30 Upgrade: what about language ?

Hi all,
I've a working 1.29 opencart with the ITALIAN LANGUAGE PACK. My only language installed is ITALIAN.
What I should do to upgrade to opencart 1.30 ?

Please can somebody write me a brief checklist of all the steps to upgrade ?
