OSCommerce to Opencart migration

I am in the process of starting a migration from OSC to Opencart (Long overdue IMHO but that was out of my hands). Is there an easy way to get the data out of one and into the other? I can certainly just whip up a quick script to do it, but it would be nicer if I could just import it all automagically...
