It works just fine for my gmail.
Be sure your mail tab uses "MAIL" instead of "SMTP"

i have it set to "mail", but still it doesn't send email to gmail ie. info@gmail.com, but it does work for google apps gmail, ie. info@mydomain.com.

why is this?
