The order date entered into the database with the order is based on the server's timezone (generally UTC) or the timezone set in the php.ini file (on the server), which may not be the same as yours.

Try re-setting the server time in the php.ini file or .htaccess file

(1) The timestamps in the database can be edited. Be absolutely certain to have FIRST not merely a backup but ALSO a safety copy of the backup you might edit.
(2) In php.ini you can insert your own timezone; if you can get at php.ini. In certain Apache files you can set timezones; if you can get at them.
(3) Your hosting control panel should allow you to insert your own timezone.
(4) Beware daylight time, notwithstanding that daylight time is itself a con game. On a computer, whatever happens between standard and daylight in springing ahead and between daylight and standard in falling back stands to interfere mightily with timestamp sequencing (your being audited, explain it), with file overwrites (you're about to overwrite, but is the newer one actually the new one, and has a public server automatically overwriting all manner of files actually been made aware of that question?!), and so forth. Set gmt + or - n, which runs 0 to 12 but occasionally to 24 (for practical purposes gmt = utc = zulu; atomic time and military tactics are not a consideration in server settings).

My hosting server says try to contact your website developer. I don't have developer and I don't know about the developing. Where to do the editing in codes.

Find some solutions on this here:
https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... h=timezone
But, just to remember, if one has zero experience on such, just better don't ignore the fact, that OC is not really
an 'all included for free' Social Media Product, but a commercial Moneymaker Software, for everyone involved.
It's like getting a Car for free, and a spare set of winter tire wheels. So, one possibly still has to get a pro assistance,
to change 'em, if one is not able to do it.
So, never be frustrated, if, in case, you will ever need further assistance with OC, once in a while, and possibly on-one replies...

, especially, if you don't even mention the OC Version, you use...
Good Luck, nothing personal, just plain information!
