Reviews in side panel

Is there a way to have the last 3 reviews appear in a sidepanel? I was going to play with teh bestsellers module... but tehn thought somebody might have done it already... saw a hint...
I have to say I love this shop.. its so easy.. I have ported my old shop over...and jsut styling it just now..
soon have it up and running... and for a code dumbo like me, it was easier than I thought... I am an asp coder... and php is er... very very new... but enjoying teh challange..
