Very frankly speaking it seems quite poor to me and there are several nice complete themes at that price in the market!

Well not to put u down or anything, but honestly the design can be achieved just by editing the stylesheet. Don't you agree?

If i'm honest, it's not very pretty,

look at pallets, there are ones which help you choose colour and shades which match. it does look like it's been made in ms paint!
