Export / Import Help please

Hi all I m new to OPEN-CART and I m looking for export/import add-ons/extensions I m using v1.5.1.3.
What I m looking in export/import
1. Main Category / Sub-Category / Sub-Category.
2. Product name/ Description / Model / Price / Manufacturer /Tax / Stock Status / Attribute / option and option QTY.
Main thing I m looking for to import product option and option qty.
Please someone help me with this problem and which is good export/import tool on open-cart free or paid not a matter thanks in advance for your help

i try that tool but that tool making 6 different sheet "Categories/Products/Options/Attributers/Special/Discount" i m looking to something on one sheet? Thanks

and i don`t know which one is PRIMARY KEY to update Model / products id / categories id ?
