How to add featured products in shipping page?
You need to add a module in the Featured module settings for the layout "Checkout". Then it will show up in the checkout section.
Since the layouts are based on the route in the URL, there's no way in the default settings to put it only in the shipping section. You'd have to modify the core files if you wanted to do that.
