What SSL certificate should I choose?

Hi all,
I'm currently developing a store with westpac payway (for credit card transactions).
One of the westpac requirements is:
Other requirements are:
* Well known and trusted name
* Minimal cost per year
* Easy setup and support
* Preferably with 'green address bar'
* Minimal effect on site performance
A couple that I'm considering are:
* Digicert SSL plus - http://www.digicert.com/welcome/ssl-plus.htm
* Trustwave (various plans offered by my web host VentraIP) - http://www.ventraipeconomy.com.au/ssl-certificates/

Can anyone suggest a good SSL certificate to use, or any I should stay away from?You must enable the use at all times of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) of 128-bit encryption or higher to establish a secure browser session between you and your customer when receiving cardholder information via the internet.
