How To Include "Previous" and "Next" Buttons in Blog System

Hello Everyone,
I am using the "Blog System for OpenCart v1.5.0" extension and I was wondering whether anyone had any thoughts on how I could accomplish the creation of "Previous" and "Next" buttons which take you through the blog posts.
I am not sure what type of variable or property I would need to call out for this.
Does anyone have any ideas?
