I have installed this extension but when i enable it firstly it takes either ages to switch to the Delivery Method or you have to hit the button over & over again. And when you do get to the Delivery Method Section there is an extra selection reading £0.00.

I have noticed that if i enable it but put no prices etc in the box i still get the 1 selection with no name and £0.00?
Hi Phil -- did you contact me about this issue? If so then I've already helped you, but if not, it's likely you just have a comma at the end of your rate list (which makes the extension think there's another rate).
I've also fixed this loophole in the latest version of the extension, if you want to update your version.
