Avery labels, custom coupon report,

I use 1.5.1.3 of Opencart, This is some urgent jobs, and I will have continuous work after this. Please email me at filip@south-lane.com. Please quote me on each item separately..

1. Print labels - Avery L7161 - Print labels according to this template..

I dont mind if you maybe re-write a done script for labels that fits these..?

2. In the Coupon report - route=report/sale_coupon - it should say in the table, you should be able to select:
"show used codes" or "not used codes"

show for each used code:
- order number
- order product
- date used
- name
- address
and a Button - show all codes..

also - in "manage orders" table - route=sale/order - there should be one column saying which coupon has been used if one has..
