Is there a way (or mod) to ship some products free to some postcodes but not others?

There is a shipping extension called "Zone Plus" that supports filtering by postcode (or city, state, address...). It is geozone based so you can set it up so that some postcodes have a 0.00 shipping choice while others have to pay

Thanks Q , But I am not sure if would work the way I require, If I want to sell a particular brand of chair (for example) to anyone in postcode 4000 - 4999 freight free, but not sell that chair anywhere else freight free. Would it work like that for individual items?
