Import / Export addin installed but not showing up

After installed, and enabled at backend USER--->USER GROUP--->TOP ADMIN------>

Where the import / export BUTTON located?

(OC v1.5.1.3.1 installed freshly)

Export/Import should appear below Backup/Restore under the System menu.

hey what's the import/export extension you're using,,, the link above is dead.

I have installed VQmod. I installed mod Import/Export (version 1.5.1.x) and it does not show in the admin drop down menu. What have I done incorrectly or haven't done? I use version 1.5.3.

I am so new to open cart. I have been using osc for 10 years now. I have tired zen cart, tomato cart, magento, oscmax and a couple more. They don't compare to open cart. I am so happy I came acrosss open cart. I am very pleased with the crisp clean look, the feel and the ease of use of open cart. However, I am having problems. My first problem is to get the VQmods to show in the admin menu.

Help appreciated.
