UPS Shipping method issue

Hi,

I am using Version 1.5.1.3 and I enabled the UPS Shipping method, everything on the cart is working exceptionally well so far, but when I go to estimate shipping and taxes, it gives me this message: Warning: Shipping method required!

I entered an Access Key, UPS user/pass. I'm worndering if the package has something to do with it because I'm not sure which option to select there, the box sizes vary per the item.

This is the last step in order to complete the purchase, does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or have advice of what I should check to get this working? Hopefully, it's somethings stupid I overlooked?

Thought maybe a picture would help. I set up both the UPS and weight based shipping, but when i get to the shipping part, it does not have a radio button to even select the UPS shipping method. I know it's enabled or it would not show here at all. I've been scouring the forum for an answer

OMG, I think I get the Stupid award. I went back to the UPS extention and left the package type as Package and it works now. I had selected UPS Exress Box before.
