Hi,
I am experiencing the same problem as you. I see your site is now functioning. Could I ask you how you resolved this issue?

Thanks,

Vincent

You may have a "mismatch" with your db prefix. You database (through phpMyAdmin) may show your db prefix in upper and lower-case letters, while your config files only have it in lower-case.

Thanks for your advice. I have just sorted the problem by renaming the table store to Store. So it was 100% along the lines of your suggestion.

Thanks,

You shouldn't have need to change the name of the table, just the prefix. Changing the name of a table could cause problems further down the track.

Hi fido-x,

Thanks for the heads up. I have only changes it on our test server and not the one we are producing. I am only getting to grips with PHPAdmin so if it isnt too much trouble could you please explain ho I go about implementing your suggestion.

Thanks,
